Boruto: Two Blue Vortex's beloved main character has had quite possibly the most fruitful time skip in anime, powering up significantly and returning to be a completely different person than he was. Under his circumstances, Boruto's huge shift in attitude makes sense.
Although Boruto is much more mature and looks less full of joy and vitality, it is his abilities that have the most drastic change. From completely overhauling his original fighting style, inventing new variations to his techniques, or even learning new jutsu from legendary ninjas, Boruto's arsenal is one to behold.

Boruto's New Hokage Is The Weakest In History
The Boruto time skip introduced Konoha's Eighth Hokage, and it's a surprising ninja that stands out as the weakest in the village's history.
Rasengan Uzuhiko - Naruto's Iconic Technique Got a Deadly Upgrade
Boruto managed to do the impossible with one of the most high-level techniques out there: he further developed the legendary technique Rasengan passed down to him from his father. Although the Rasenshurinken is very powerful, Uzuhiko blows it out of the water, and it is not an understatement to say it is one of the most powerful jutsu in the franchise. He debuted it in chapter #2, but it was in the following chapter that fans truly got to see how deadly it was.
Boruto effortlessly beat the powerful Code with ease thanks to the Uzuhiko. It works by utilizing the Earth's ever-spinning chakra and hitting an opponent. This chakra continues spinning inside the person and completely disorients them, destroying their balance and sense of gravity. This ensures that they will not be able to fight back. Furthermore, the spinning chakra is a death sentence for anyone unfortunate to be hit by it, as it gradually kills the victim.
Flying Thunder God - The Jutsu Only Two Other Ninja in History Could Use
This was probably Boruto's most unexpected technique. Throughout the whole franchise, only two have been able to master this technique: the second Hokage Tobirama Senju, and the fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze, who made it his signature. With 3 years or less of practice, Boruto mastered the ability and put his own twist on it. This incredible accomplishment proves that Boruto is the true heir of the Fourth Hokage.
Boruto took the Flying Raijin to another level by traveling through dimensions, something that Minato nor Tobirama could ever do. He can even use it in battle, as demonstrated in his first fight against the series' new villains. Furthermore, he doesn't only use a mark to teleport him somewhere but instead uses a live toad implanted in a person or place. This is genius because he can use the toad to determine if it is safe to teleport or scout the area for his target.
Sword-Style - The Legacy of his Master Sasuke
Boruto's fighting style before running away from the village was very much like his father's: an emphasis on hand-to-hand combat and the use of shadow clones. After spending 3 years with Sasuke, he underwent a dramatic change and became a swordsman, and a very skilled one. He inherited his master's sword after what happened to him, and it also seems like he is just as good with it as Sasuke was. Slashing enemies with his lightning speed and overwhelming chakra, Boruto has the potential to become one of the most powerful swordsmen in the Naruto franchise.
Most Of Sasuke's Techniques
In chapter #5 of Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, some of the events of the time skip were revealed, and it was here that Sasuke acknowledged Boruto's incredible talent. He said that he taught him almost all his techniques, barring ones that were hereditary, such as the Sharingan or Fire Style. Sasuke has a huge arsenal of techniques and is one of the strongest ninja ever, so Boruto inheriting his jutsu catapults him into one of the strongest out there.
Of course, some jutsu Boruto will never be able to learn given the differences in their elemental chakra. Sasuke cannot use Water Style or Wind Style, so there would be nothing to teach in those two aspects. However, they both use Lightning Style and rely on it a lot. Given how much Boruto uses Lightning, there is a very high chance that he learned Chidori, the deadly technique Kakashi gave to Sasuke. This technique also has many variations, and given how creative Boruto can get, it shouldn't come as a surprise if he invents a new version.
Boruto Can Fly Too
How he has achieved this super-human feat has not been explained, but Boruto can soar through the air. This was shown in his fight against Mitsuki in chapter #6. Trying to avoid a destructive confrontation, Boruto retreated and lept into the air. The only people who have the ability to fly are members of the Otsutsuki clan (and those who inherited their traits, such as Eida), Madara and Obito in the Ten-Tails mode, and the third Tsuchikage Onoki. The Susano also allows one to fly as well. Since Boruto is now part Otsutsuki due to Momoshiki implanting karma on him, this is the best explanation for him attaining such an awesome power.

Sage Mode - Naruto's Trump Card Is Another Weapon in Boruto's Arsenal
With Boruto now using toads and teaming up with Kashin Koji, there is a high possibility that he might be able to use Sage Mode. This was one of his father's go-to transformations, and he learned it from the toads at Mt. Myobuku, where Jiraiya also studied. As Koji is a clone of Jiraiya who can use his same techniques, it's very likely that he thaught Boruto senjutsu too.
Sage Mode works by drawing chakra from the Earth and surroundings, and since Rasengan Uzuhiko works the same way, it would not be a stretch to conclude that he can tap into this new power. Senjutsu did a lot for Naruto, helping him close the gap with his strongest foes, and its addition to Boruto's arsenal could prove key in the future.
It is also highly likely that the young man has mastered the use of karma. Furthermore, there is the matter of Boruto's still-mysterious eye technique Jougan. With menacing foes and former friends who are hunting him down, Boruto is more than capable of defending himself. With new-found powers and the potential to become even stronger, the new Boruto will debut a new level of ninja power never seen before in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex.
