Another Control Article by Madhulika Bagchi. In this article she focuses on data changes. My favorite is documenting and capturing system changes. It all begins with user requirements, vetting the prototype, extensive testing to ensure configuration aligns with requirements, User Acceptance, and importantly post production testing! And then “Boom” you have a recipe for success as the author notes🤗 #payroll #Workday #payrollcontrols #payrolling #CPP #auditing #riskandcontols #payroll compliance.

Work Friendships: Recently I had the pleasure of connecting with my work friend Chantal Eidman. We previously worked together at NCR where she held an Executive HR position for LATAM. While our time together was filled with laughter and authentic Mexican food, we also made sure to discuss our professional journeys. Our conversations inspired us to think differently about our respective new roles in our careers. This encounter reminded me of the importance of nurturing connections with colleagues, as they can offer support, inspiration, and a fresh perspective. I left with a renewed sense of gratitude for the opportunities that work friendships bring and a determination to continue fostering these connections in the future.Chantal recently participated in a discussion around Labor Discrimination you can check out the discussion here (In Spanish ❤️). https://lnkd.in/gYsvsGVZ

I love ❤️ a good come back story! Perspective is relative ! This simple “weed” has repurposed and repositioned itself to help a garden thrive! I just image it saying, “Your vision of me is not what I have for myself! I am a pollinator not a weed”
